Do you have a connection for your database in PhpStorm's Database tab? IF yes, you can try to main menu > Laravel > Helper Code Parameters... and choose Fetch data...

Laravel Idea suppress some inspections in the Blade files, but it's only about `:component-parameter-attributes="here"`. And, I checked, PhpStorm do it without Laravel Idea, so it's a Blade plugin issue.
We are going to release the new plugin, which will cover this need, this or next week. I'll post here about it.
