JetBrains Javascript plugin has it's own support for env variables. So, the .env files support plugin doesn't support Javascript completions and Go To Declaration.

Yes. Right now, Laravel Idea doesn't put some parameters in the templates. And the ${PRODUCT_NAME} is one of them. We will try to fix.
