Well, oddly, both the SCSS package as well as yours seem to have this same issue. I've submitted issues on both projects, since I have both installed :)

Thanks for re-opening the issue. Darn, I thought it might be a quick fix. Sublime's built-in CSS highlighting for this theme is fine, it just doesn't seem to be recognizing...
