Me too; I just enabled 2FA and it stopped working. Looks like they aren't compatible.
Another +1 on the pile here. After disabling the extension, things started working again. This isn't the first time this has happened, apparently: https://support.google.com/docs/thread/117371100/ Windows 10, ClearURLs 1.26.1 FF 130.0.01
