UIImage.imageOrientation not honored

Images loaded by UIImagePickerController don't always have .imageOrientation set to UIImage.Orientation.up. Transformations need to be applied accordingly before encoding them into the video.

[FR] Use hive + file system instead of sqflite as the storage layer.

The sqflite plugin has many downsides, platform dependent, not available on all platform to name a few. [Hive](https://pub.dev/packages/hive) key-value stored built with pure dart. So it's available on all platforms...
