For those looking for newer versions, I have been using following workaround successfully to upgrade goenv every now and then from HEAD `brew upgrade goenv --fetch-HEAD`

The comment list is not exhaustive. Please correct following everywhere applicable - - add copyright header on new files - remove commented code - fix failing tests
