Hi I just had to reinstall Windows and now I can't VSColorOutput to reinstall.  [dd_VSIXInstaller_20240309172107_0dc8.log](https://github.com/mike-ward/VSColorOutput/files/14545246/dd_VSIXInstaller_20240309172107_0dc8.log) Could it be a missing dependency?

Would it be possible to integrate this change so that the code compiles cleanly in VS2015?
