Added keyboard shortcuts for start/pause toggle . Start/pause toggle: `Ctrl+Shift+Space` Start/reset timer: `Ctrl+Shift+S` Start break: `Ctrl+Shift+B`

The documentation (README.md) is not at all beginner friendly. Hoping to submit a PR with some changes :)
