All tests pass for both `make test` and `go test ./...` for me locally. Apple M1 Pro macOS 13.6 (22G120).

Unless @ash2k is referring to some specific tests that are omitted.

Do you have any specific tests in mind?

Was this resolved in [1.17.0](https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-go/releases/tag/v1.17.0)?
