Checking "Avoid failing to save duplicate filename" causes the file not to be saved to disk after downloading

Confirmed with Open-Video-Downloader-2.4.10.dmg on macOS 12.6. Problem seems to exist on modules/download/DownloadQuery.js around line 213. A work around that gets us halfway there is to also check "Keep Unmerged File"....
