Issue with internal links when I export to PDF format

It's a bug for Apple / Safari. You could try export to HTML, then export to PDF using Safari, the same issue would occur.

Does it work from menu bar `Typora` -> `Quit` ? Does `command` + `Q` displayed right side to `quit` menu item? Does change to built-in theme (like Github) fixes this?

Which version? I opened the [indents2.md](https://github.com/typora/typora-issues/files/9149715/indents2.md) with 1.3.7 and it is rendered fine. So does v1.3.7 fix it?
