Issue with internal links when I export to PDF format

Hi, I think I have a problem with internal links when I export to PDF format, it is similar to previous issue -> https://github.com/typora/typora-issues/issues/3055.

If you set internal link like this link, it works in Typora, but do not work in exported PDF file.

Here is sample: Prueba1.md.txt Prueba1.pdf

Typora version: Versión 0.9.9.32.1 (4191) OS: MacOs Catalina

It's a bug for Apple / Safari.

You could try export to HTML, then export to PDF using Safari, the same issue would occur.

I have the same issue here. Any link to a heading with space (e.g. [This is a link to a heading](This-is-a-link-to-a-heading)) does not work in the exported pdf or even HTML.

May I please ask that is it going to be solved? Thank you.
