Just found out that my problem is that I switched to bspwm from gnome. Apparently, remembering password works with gnome-keyring, kwallet, etc. only. Hope protonvpn team fixes the issue.

I have the same problem. Restarting does solve the issue, but the problem recurs every now and then.

I am on Arch Linux and installed junction from the AUR iirc.

App installed from f-droid repo. Working well on pixel 7 Pro, android 14.
