I can only guess that your IDE is looking at a different virtual environment than the one you installed into. Can you check that they're the same environment?

Also, which branch are you on when the filter is executed? If you're on the branch mentioned in your config, then I think the filter will always marks all mutations...
I've pushed some improvements to git filter diagnostics (the CI is running as I write). When you run the filter, make sure to pass `--verbosity INFO` to get maximum output....
