Enclave hangs up if Dockerfile CMD has a relative path

@shamiek I used ubuntu bionic. You can find the docker template [here](https://github.com/decision3/host-server/blob/main/enclave/nitro/Dockerfile.template). But I moved to Amazon Linux 2 later to support KMS (and other) libraries.
