By the way, it is OK (for us) if the AD support is only for Windows on .Net 6, Linux can come later or never.

Do you have a good article that describes how to connect to on premise using this library? Most of the documents I can find are about the old (`Microsoft.Xrm.Sdk`) library....

Additional information: 200 is a default limit, maximum limit is 9999. Still, JDBC should do the needed paging if required.
