Tried with terraform `timestamp()` instead of `base64sha256` , it worked fine, but this is not right way, HashiCorp should come up something like `source_code_hash` for Cloud Functions too ```terraform locals...

So what was the final solution for this issue please? Code examples would be very helpful, thanks
