XML Reader

I had assumed it was not implemented due to the fact it is so trivial. Simply use `simplexml_load_file()`, for example, and cast it to an array and use the ArrayReader.

Ease the packaging process for openSUSE

Just FYI, there is another pull request with the nginx configuration ... #75 but haven't tested it myself yet I've been trying to put together an [updated version](https://github.com/abcarroll/fiche)

Explicitly define a main bin file

Just would like to be known that I found this project and found it highly interesting, however no where in the README.md does it state this functionality, and landed here...
