send logic moved to drivers

hi. thanks for your excellent package. i moved send logic from TelegramChannel file to Drivers. this way we have clear and more focused code in the channel file.

line width support added to GD driver

according to [php manual](https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.imagesetthickness.php) line width can be set in GD driver so i added it to line shape abstract

The `collapse vendor frames` button does not work in windows os

i added a line function to the telegram message class this way it can be used like the mail notification ([ laravel doc ](https://laravel.com/docs/9.x/notifications#formatting-mail-messages))

this link is broken and the telegram channel is not found anymore
