Development has moved to [117HD/RLHD](https://github.com/117HD/RLHD), and this bug has been fixed in the 1.2.1 release.
RLHD needs OpenGL compute shader support on Windows (37305 = compute shader). On MacOS, it'll use OpenCL instead, since Apple dropped support for OpenGL before they ever made a driver...
We could probably take a crack at fixing this again, but there's no telling how many shader bugs we'll run into.
@XzannahNyx That GPU is too old for HD, even with this patch unfortunately. It lacks support for compute shaders (minimum OpenGL 4.3). This isn't necessarily impossible to work around, but...
