im trying to run the program with my gpu and it only uses my cpu

Installing cuddn 8.5.0.96 fixed it for me https://developer.nvidia.com/rdp/cudnn-archive It is even mentioned on onnxruntime compatibility matrix https://onnxruntime.ai/docs/execution-providers/CUDA-ExecutionProvider.html
