Fix: Replace Taobao npm registry URLs with NPM Mirror

淘宝的镜像已从`https://registry.npm.taobao.org`更换为`https://npmmirror.com`（[官方声明](https://developer.aliyun.com/article/801032)） 因此在使用npm安装`package-lock.json`中所指定的包时使用的是原镜像地址会产生error: ``` npm ERR! code CERT_HAS_EXPIRED npm ERR! errno CERT_HAS_EXPIRED npm ERR! request to https://registry.npm.taobao.org/svg-path-contours/download/svg-path-contours-2.0.0.tgz failed, reason: certificate has expired ``` 所以使用新的镜像地址更换了已过期的。
