TFMA UI widgets fail to render in nbconvert HTML conversion

It seems like the rendered view (its html) is not saved in the notebook. The output of the corresponding cell is an empty array in the notebook file.

Can we add one more additional date format yMMMM?

@camertron yes I think so, it's used as an example on http://cldr.unicode.org/translation/date-time-patterns#TOC-Additional-Date-Time-Formats, and https://github.com/twitter/twitter-cldr-rb/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=yMMMM contains many results.
