We currently have device specific quirks in various branches. Combine all quirks into one workarounds script that is called by build.sh

[pi4/3] wifi-connect flaky (more obvious with wpa_supplicant v2.9 in v2.45). kernel errors as well

Enable watchdog CONFIG_OMAP_WATCHDOG

Tried enabling CONFIG_HW_WATCHDOG from meta-balena https://github.com/balena-os/meta-balena/pull/1349 but this change needs to be handled in each BSP separately unfortunately. Probably CONFIG_OMAP_WATCHDOG in u-boot
