Completed the above removal of gamepad and addition of tts events, issue can now be closed.

Wondering if there should be a standard repository directory for default packages? At the moment there is package.xml files (echo, lua-v4, etc.) in /src but also /src/mudlet-lua/lua contains other default...

Thinking on the original issue, the use case is for making log files smaller. Why not add some sort of archiving (zip, etc) to deleteOldProfiles to simply zip up files...

Unfortunately c++ internals are out of my skill set for now. I will look on improving deleteOldProfiles with a zip option though.

Absolutely. Or at least a right click "text only", or "small icons only" option to make better use of screen real estate (and appyling this to all toolbars in Mudlet)....

Ordering appears to matter here. If the colouring trigger is first and then the action trigger second, everything appears normal. The other way around it and the colour bleeds.
