Rebooted as well - still getting the issue. I'm also running Zerotier as well for work, which seems to be fighting IVPN (which is dropping all its outbound, I think...)....
This is still happening with the latest version with a more useful error message now. I'm connected to the internet.
I've tried deleting the keychain entry and managed to login to a throwaway GitHub account and that worked. I guess Zed doesn't like this account in particular :(
