could this send message from x86 program to x64 program

I build IPC run as server in x64 and run as client in x86. It seems do not work. And just get `Press Ctrl+C to exit. Connecting to ipc://calc`

I add [exception info for PE64](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/build/exception-handling-x64?view=msvc-170#chained-unwind-info-structures). I am not familiar with LIEF and if there are any problems, plz let me know.
