When a x (customisable) amount of threads are made within x (customisable) amount of seconds it does a custom action. e.g not create a thread, block them then stops ignoring...
In the alert command, add an argument which will be what you would like the bot to ping once the user replies. !alert user/role/everyone/here !alert everyone
