I wonder if Omnibear could get around this by intercepting/adding/changing the header. Like how certain extensions include [code to bypass CSP](https://github.com/reading-am/reading-extensions/blob/780d129f9504e4a8ff730b137355dab66205f73c/chrome_and_firefox/background.js#L50-L67). This would of course require adding the `webRequest` permission.
