Can't open files with SFTP using IPv6

tried with SMB and it doesn't appear to work either

Add an option to set Material Files as the default file manager on rooted systems, and as a file chooser option on non-rooted systems

It doesn't appear in the share prompt for me

Can't send return key in latest Chrome 90.0.4430.93

I just tested with an old chromium copy I had and it works (Ver. 79.0.3945.0)
