I have the same issue. Until now it hasn't been fixed yet apparently.

I have a exact same issue, after booting up my system the first wifi network it scans does connect but after I switch to a different network it would stop...

Nevermind. I just realized that it might possibly be because of my kernel. Im using Arch with mainline kernel (not the LTS one) It's possible that the bluetooth doesn't work...
