Which PK-Sim version did you use when you initially created this project? And which PK-Sim version did you use when you imported the observed data?

Thanks for the update. The problem occurs very rarely, however, as we did not figure out the reason yet, it still could happen in the future.

Can you please provide a more detailed workflow and also attach an example project (if possible)?

You apply on day 7, but your time profile graph goes only up to 1 hour (??) What are you time settings (start/end times, etc.) for the simulation?
