No device found after disabling CCID

I couldn't get another app (Yubico Authenticator) to recognize my device, so I tried toggling CCID on/off via NEO Manager.

After deselecting CCID, NEO Manager no longer recognizes my device. Is there anyway to get this resolved?

Using OSX 10.11.2, Yubico 4, YubiKey NEO Manager (1.4.0)
