NEO Manager v1.4.0 crashing on Windows 7 64-bit

Not sure what neoman version or calendar date I started having issues under Windows 7 (used to work on this machine, now it doesn't). Noticed that the Faulting Module path's ssleay32.dll doesn't exist.

UPDATE: looks like I also had this problem last year and just performed the workaround again to get Neo Manager working. See: http://forum.yubico.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=1517&p=8013#p8013
