What protocol are you using ? ModemManager ? Via SSH, ```mmcli -L``` return only the Waveshare modem ? Do you have a USB powered hub ?

Yes it's possible and working, but not very well: you use a mobile connection, so with packets loss, over another wifi connection that also have packets loss.
OpenMPTCProuter use a fixed commit after latest release, so if it's supported by OpenWRT it shoud work in OMR. But I only test with Quectel modems in MBIM mode using...

Pi-Hole can't be installed on OpenMPTCProuter, or maybe inside a docker... You can install Pi Hole on another device and use it via OpenMPTCProuter.
There is some issues with IPv6 that I will check this week.
