I find that version 0.0.4 works a little better, give that version a try.

Bug confirmed for chrome as well. Probably something in https://github.com/plugCubed/plugCubed/blob/master/src/alpha/plugCubed/features/Automute.js but development is slow going and it'll be a while before it's fix. Thanks for the report!
