UI is very laggy when game is not running

When tf2 is started it's working perfectly fine, but when it's not running, UI have noticeable response delay. Win 10, compiled by myself. 

Something like Recent Players, but Recent Chat Logs, with ability to mark a player as bot/cheater/etc inside of it.

For now we have 4 types of players: Player, Bot, Cheater, Suspicious, Please consider allowing creating user own categories. For example some people want to have Exploiter category. And thank...
