The model stylegan_G_256x256_synthesis is loaded from those data files with the similar name. From the screenshot of the pre-trained models you attached @xuedue, maybe you're missing one of the data...

I encounter the same issue

I suspect the issue is with the environment. Specifically, I see that @k128 is using Tensorflow version 2.10 while I was using 2.0. Can you try setting up your environment...
