Should I use XRDevice or XRDisplay?

I found that the WebXR Device API draft uses requestDevice to get XRDevice: https://immersive-web.github.io/webxr/spec/latest/#xrdevice-interface but the webxr-polyfill hasn't declared XRDevice yet?
