I'm having the same issue. I'm on Node 14. The `npm install -d` does not work for me.
Update: using Yarn worked. After cloning the repo cd to the project directory. Then simply type `yarn` and press Enter.
This will definately make the extension more useful for people like me who like to work in full screen for code and separate terminal for running tests.

I have the same problem. Adding 'Base' before the Theme doesn't work for me.
