Window 10下，使用系统自带输入法，在不同终端下都返回2052。

我在windows 10的powershell中执行im-select.exe，使用系统默认输入法，切换中英文都显示2052。然后使用git bash中执行im-select.exe，切换中英文的情况下依旧返回2052。
