Because I have formatted code according to smoke test, sdk-jobs-single-step-pytorch-** and auto-ml-*** will run in the CI. Those tests fail all the time and it's not related with this pr.
I have updated pipeline spark job in this pr https://github.com/Azure/azureml-examples/pull/1452, maybe you can merge again
