t.OtherSteamId is a partner steam id. And uint64(t.OtherAccountId) + 76561197960265728 is an ugly way to convert from account id to steam id.

I think first step is creating some sort of SteamBot port. In the long run this will allow user to enter authentication details for his accounts and then run tests....
