[bug] 安卓版笔记经常滑不动

### 详细描述这个 Bug android版在查看笔记时经常无法滑动，需使用外置键盘按下键直到出现屏幕之外的内容后才能正常滑动 我用的是华为平版MatePad 11.5"s，HarmonyOS版本4.2.0 **此类情况大多出现在笔记未同步时** **同步后也会出现看不到最后一行的情况，解决办法同上** ### NoteGen 版本 v0.20.1 ### 操作系统 Android ### 报错日志 _No response_
