Reinviting org members thorugh API does not support reinstating privileges

you can use the API that creates invitations [https://docs.github.com/en/rest/orgs/members?apiVersion=2022-11-28#create-an-organization-invitation](url) but instead of using one of the roles mentioned in the docs you can use the role "reinstate"

"--attempt-instant-ddl" flag causing some issues with hooks and is incompatible with --execute flag
