I don't see any reference to the plugin into https://www.sap.com/cxworks/article/2589632300/project_delivery_framework_for_sap_commerce_cloud#ProjectDeliveryFrameworkforSAPCommerceCloud-ProjectDeliveryFrameworkFundamentals so probably better to remove the reference...
