markdown-extra flavor not fully supported?

Hi!, it seems that markdown-extra is not fully supported. Specifically, the footnotes feature doesn't work (https://michelf.ca/projects/php-markdown/extra/#footnotes). It would be possible to fix this? Thanks!

Unable to run the executable in GNU/Linux

Hi! It seems to be some problem with GNU/Linux executable. I am running ArchLinux. I tried audiotext-v1.2.2-unix.zip and audiotext-v1.2.0-unix.zip In both cases, when I run ```./audiotext``` I get the error...
