Updated install command

Outdated go command

The installation for this uses "go get" which is depreciated. The new command would be "go install github.com/1ndianl33t/urlprobe@latest"

Fixeed iissue on HEAD and POST where they would occasionally freeze

Updated oralyzer.py

I had to add the proper imports for collections. This is shown in line 18 and 19.
