Game Boy, Game Boy Color, and Game Boy Advance all showing as "Game Boy"

Shouldnt these three all show up as Integrations with different names, and different Lists in GOG?

Not sure if it would be possible. But is there a way to add the collection field to the edit Collection screen so we could get nested collections?
