[Bug] Cannot replicate reported CIFAR-100 results for multiple models

I used configs/resnet/resnet50_8xb16_cifar100.py and got Accuracy/Top-1: 70.36% and Accuracy/Top-5: 91.48%, which are lower than the reported results. Any suggestions on what might be causing this?
